Deposits and withdrawals
One method, kept simple: Visa debit cards registered in your own name. Credit cards and e-wallets funded by credit are not accepted for gambling in Great Britain.

We don't charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Your bank may, for example if the card is in another currency.
Deposit
- Payment Method. Choose Visa debit in My Account → Deposit.
- Amount. Enter how much, from £10.00. Any deposit limit you've set is checked first.
- Confirmation. Tick to confirm the card is yours and submit. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app.
- Status. The deposit appears as Pending, then Completed once the card payment clears.
You'll need to have sent your verification documents before your first deposit.
Withdrawal
- Amount. Enter any amount up to your available balance.
- Confirmation. Money goes back to the card you deposited with.
- Status. Pending while we review it, Processing once sent, Completed when your bank confirms.
Your account must be verified before we can pay out. We may ask where deposit money came from if amounts are high compared with what you've told us about your income. That is a legal check, not a sign anything is wrong.
What each status means
- Pending
- We have the request and it is waiting for the card payment or our review.
- Processing
- Approved and passed to the payment provider.
- Completed
- Money has reached your balance, or has left for your card.
- Declined
- The card issuer refused it, or it would break a limit. We email you the reason.
